Introduction

The organizing team of Grupo Desportivo dos Quatro Caminhos welcomes all participants in theNorth Alentejano “O” Meeting 2012.

The welcoming people of this beautiful region of Portugal will do everything to give you an enrichingand fun weekend.

The North Alentejano “O” Meeting is a foot orienteering event, open to people of any age and mayparticipate in competition or open classes, individually, or in groups.The competition includes the National Sprint and Middle Distance Championships and the NorthAlentejano “O” Meeting.

The Meeting will be composed by the following events:

• National Sprint Championship, composed by the sum of the times of two races (Marvão forest and urban historic center).
• National Middle Distance Championship (Beirã – Marvão).
• Orienteering for schools.
• Training camps (31 May and 01 Jun)
• All other information will be made available regularly on the website.
